SY Siren operates in the Andaman Islands from Feb to April, sailing from Port Blair.
The Andaman Islands are in Indian territorial waters, but owing to the fact that they are far closer to Thailand (with Phuket some 450 miles to the southeast) than to India itself (with the mainland well over 1000 km to the northwest), diving here has, so far been pioneered by long-range liveaboard dive boats, such as ours!
Many of the islands in the Andaman area are surrounded by fringing reefs, really only accessible by liveaboard diving. The reefs are often several hundred metres wide and separated from the shore by a lagoon of similar width. There are also more steeply sloping reef walls & coral pinnacles or knolls. Divers can follow around the undulating hills of raven black volcanic lava, which makes for some unusual diving. There are also plenty of shallow reefs suitable for snorkeling.
From December to March, the MV Black Manta will be in Phuket, Thailand to cruise the Similans Islands, Surins and the Burma Banks. The boats are also available for half or full charter at a very special rates for group booking.
SY Siren operates in the Komodo Marine Park from June to October, sailing from Bima on the island of Sumawa.

In the early months, Star Dancer leaves Rabaul for the South Coast of New Britain Island where divers enjoy some of the best critter diving available along with an exciting up-the-river trip to a fresh water blue hole. In July and August, the diving from Rabaul along the North Coast of New Britain to Walindi offers great variety from lovely fans and whips to sharks to frog fish and much more.
The rest of the year, Star Dancer embarks from Walindi Plantation located on West New Britain Island on the east side of the Willaumez Peninsula, offering a variety of itineraries which include Kimbe Bay, Father’s Reefs and the Witu Islands.
The Revillagigedos Archipelago, more commonly called Socorro is located in the eastern Pacific Ocean approximately 250 miles south of Cabo San Lucas, Mexico – at the tip of the Baja peninsula. These islands have been compared to the Galapagos Islands in Ecuador or Cocos Island in Costa Rica because of the big animal encounters they provide.

Tubbataha Reef is situated almost in the middle of The Sulu Sea with the islands of Palawan to the west and Panay, Negros and Mindanao to the east. The 33,200 hectare site was declared a National Marine Park in 1988 and a World Heritage Site in 1994. Thanks to local efforts, illegal fishing and coral collection have been stamped out and the gradual destruction that was taking place before 1988 has been halted and the reef is now back in pristine condition. The diving here is considered some of the best in the world.
